چکیده | ||
توانمندسازی زنان از موضوعاتی است که در طیف گستردهای از برنامهها و سیاستگزاریهای نهادهای مختلف در سرتاسر جهان جای میگیرد، ولی با این حال، توجه به ویژگیهای شناختی و پژوهشهای حوزه علوم شناختی و اساسا مساله شناخت و توانمندیهای شناختی در بسیاری از این سیاستگزاریها مغفول مانده است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روشی دو مرحله ای مبتنی بر مرور دامنه و تحلیل محتوا به ارائه چارچوبی برای توانمندسازی زنان در حکمرانی براساس مطالعات حوزه علوم شناختی میپردازد. خروجیهای این پژوهش از جمله 18 عنصرکلیدی توانمندسازی زنان براساس مطالعات شناختی در کنار چارچوب مفهومی ارائه شده، میتواند بسیاری از متخصصین، پژوهشگران و علاقهمندان مطالعات حوزه توانمندسازی، حکمرانی و زنان را در مسیر رسیدن به پاسخهایشان برای سیاستگزاری و تصمیمگیری در حوزههای مربوطه و انجام پژوهشهای کاربردی و همچنین ایجاد شبکهای از مفاهیم مرتبط یاری دهد. پژوهش حاضر همچنین در خصوص ایجاد طرحواره هایی از پژوهشهای کاربردی با هدف ایجاد ارتباط مابین حوزههای مختلف مطالعات حکمرانی و همچنین مطالعات علوم شناختی از این جهت حائز اهمیت است که میتواند خلاءهای مفهومی و همچنین مسیرهایی برای مطالعات بیشتر برای علاقهمندان مطالعات بینارشتهای در طیف گسترده ای از موضوعات و مفاهیم فراهم آورد. | ||
