چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش واسطهای فرایندهای خودنظمبخشی در رابطۀ استرس ادراکشده با افسردگی، شرم و گناه در بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس و همراهان آنها بود. پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف کاربردی و در چارچوب رویکرد کمی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس و افراد سالم (همراهان بیماران) مراجعهکننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان پوست رازی شهر تهران در سال 1396 بودند. 168 بیمار (85 مرد و 83 زن) و 121 همراه بیمار (22 مرد و 99 زن) به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای خودشناسی انسجامی (ISK)، خودمهارگری (SCS)، بهوشیاری (MAAS)، استرس ادراکشده (PSS) و مقیاس افسردگی (MMPI) در این تحقیق بهکار گرفته شدند. دادهها با استفاده از SPSS-22 و به روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون سلسلهمراتبی تعدیلی و آزمون T تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد خودشناسی انسجامی و شرم در همراهان بیماران، بیشتر از بیماران پسوریازیس است. در مقابل، اضطراب و افسردگی در گروه بیماران پسوریازیس بیشتر از همراهان آنها بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد رابطۀ بین استرس ادراکشده با افسردگی و شرم بهوسیلۀ خودشناسی انسجامی تعدیل میشود. درنتیجه ضرورت دارد متخصصان بهداشت روان، نهادهای آموزشی و والدین به پرورش فرایندهای خودنظمبخشی در افراد بپردازند. | ||
