چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف این مقاله، بررسی نظریۀ پنرُز در 60 سال گذشته با روش مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات است. روش تحقیق: در این پژوهش، رویکرد علم سنجی با استفاده از تحلیل همواژگانی با روش توصیفی و کاربردی انتخاب شده است. از سایت گوگل اسکالر بین سال 1994 تا 2021، مقالات مروری مرتبط با موضوع و سؤال پژوهش جمعآوری شده و لیست کلمات کلیدی پُررویداد در این مقالات با استفاده از نرمافزار وُس ویور به دست آمده است. سپس با تحلیل محتوای متنی، ایدههای کلیدی مستتر در نظریه رشد پنرُز شناسایی شدهاند. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، ایدههای کلیدی مستتر در نظریه رشد پنرُز شناسایی شدهاند که شامل تصویرسازی ذهنی کارآفرینان، قابلیتهای پویا، منابع بلااستفاده و مازاد، تیم مدیریتی، فرصتهای مولد و نوآوری هستند. پژوهشهای آتی میتوانند در راستای خلاءهای دانشی، به مطالعۀ ارتباط میان مدلهای کسب وکار و مراحل رشد شرکتها بپردازند و شرایط زمینهای اثرگذار بر انتخاب مدلهای مناسب با رشد شرکتهای کارآفرینانه را شناسایی نمایند. نتیجه گیری: این مقاله نتیجه میگیرد که نظریهها به عنوان بهترین ابزار دانش در نظر گرفته میشوند. توجه به کلید واژهها و دیدگاههای ذهنی مطرح شده، میتواند ازجمله موضوعات پژوهشی مناسب در قلمرو موضوعی رشد کسب وکارهای کارآفرینانه باشد. پژوهشهای آتی میتوانند به مطالعۀ ارتباط میان مدلهای کسب وکار و مراحل رشد شرکتها بپردازند و شرایط زمینهای اثرگذار بر انتخاب مدلهای مناسب با رشد شرکتهای کارآفرینانه را شناسایی کنند. | ||
