چکیده | ||
جهانامروز با مشکلات افزایشجمعیت، شهرنشینی، افزایش نیاز به غذا، کاهش منابعآب و تخریب محیطزیست روبروست. کشاورزیشهری بهعنوان بخشی از فعالیتهایشهری، فرصتی برای ایجاد تغییراتمثبت در نظامغذایی جهان و تولید موادغذایی باکیفیت محسوبمیگردد. از اینرو تحقیقحاضر با هدف طراحیالگوی تأثیر کشاورزیشهری بر امنیتغذایی در کلانشهر تهران انجامشد. جامعهآماری تحقیق را تمام فراگیران شرکتکننده در دورههایآموزشی کشاورزیشهری برگزارشده توسط ادارهکل آموزش شهرداریهای مناطق 22گانه تهران در سال 1398، تشکیل می-دهند(726=N). حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمولکوکران، 164نفر تعیین و برای نمونهگیری از روش تصادفیطبقهای با انتسابمتناسب(برحسب مناطق محلفعالیت آنان در بین مناطق 22گانه شهرداریتهران) استفادهشد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار SMART PLS3 صورتگرفت. باتوجه به شاخصهای محاسبهشده، پایایی و روایی مدل تأییدگردید. نتایج نشانداد که براساس مدل تأثیر کشاورزیشهری بر امنیتغذایی در کلانشهرتهران، کشاورزیشهری درمجموع 85/0 از تغییرات متغیروابسته امنیتغذایی را تبیینمیکنند. همچنین نتایج بررسی مؤلفههای تشکیل-دهندهی ابعاد کشاورزیشهری و امنیتغذایی حاکیاز آن است که بعدکشاورزیشهری خود بهترتیب از کارکردهای اقتصادی (975/0=β)، زیستمحیطی (967/0=β)، اجتماعی (963/0=β) و روانی-حرکتی (851/0=β)، تأثیرمیپذیرد که کارکردهای مزبور بهعنوان تبیینکنندههای کشاورزیشهری در کلانشهرتهران محسوب شده و تأثیر معناداری بر اینپدیده میگذارند. مؤلفههای تشکیلدهندهی امنیتغذایی نیز شامل دسترسی (970/0=β)، استفاده (969/0=β)، پایداری (952/0=β)، موجودبودن (939/0=β)، و ایمنی (914/0=β)، میباشند که بهترتیب اولویت بر امنیتغذایی تأثیر میگذارند. | ||
