چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی اثر کاربرد نیتروژن استارتر، پوتریسین و نانوسیلیکون برعملکرد و برخی صفات بیوشیمیایی و فیزیولوژیک نخود دیم، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعهای نزدیک شهر اردبیل در سال 1400 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی نیتروژن استارتر (عدم کاربرد، کاربرد 20 و 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار از منبع اوره)، محلولپاشی پوتریسین (محلولپاشی با آب، کاربرد 5/0 و 1 میلیمولار پوتریسین) و نانوسیلیکون (محلولپاشی با آب، کاربرد 25 و 50 میلیگرم درلیتر) را شامل میشدند. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد بالاترین سطح از کاربرد نیتروژن، پوترسین و نانوسیلیکون باعث افزایش محتوای کلروفیل a، b، کلروفیل کل و پرولین بهترتیب 139، 137، 138 و 80 درصد نسبت به عدم کاربرد شد. بالاترین سطح پوترسین و نانوسیلیکون، فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز و عملکرد دانه را بهترتیب 40 و 3/16 و 6/16 درصد در مقایسه با عدم کاربرد پوترسین و نانوسیلیکون افزایش داد. حداکثر عملکرد کوانتومی فتوسیستم دو (بهترتیب 4/17، 8 و 5/15درصد) و فعالیت آنزیم پلیفنلاکسیداز (بهترتیب 17، 9 و 21 درصد) در بالاترین سطح از مصرف نیتروژن، پوترسین و نانوسیلیکون بهدست آمد. بهنظر میرسد کاربرد نیتروژن، پوتریسین و نانوسیلیکون میتواند بهدلیل بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی، عملکرد نخود دیم را افزایش دهد. | ||
