چکیده
رشد شتابان شهرنشینی و تمایل مهاجرت روستائیان به محیط‌های شهری زمینه ایجاد و گسترش پدیده سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی و نامتعارف در مجاورت شهرها را بوجود آورده و مفهوم کیفیت زندگی شهری را به عنوان یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی شهری بیش از پیش با اهمیت نموده است. در همین راستا مقصود اصلی پژوهش حاضر سنجش و طبقه‌بندی ابعاد کیفیت زندگی ساکنان سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی محلات هدف در شهر ارومیه و ارائه راهکارهای ساماندهی درجهت ارتقاء آنها می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه ای است. داده‌های پژوهش با رویه‌های مطالعات اسنادی، پرسشنامه گردآوری شده است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، از 31 محله سکونتگاه غیررسمی در شهر ارومیه، 4 سکونتگاه اسلام آباد1، حاجی پیرلو، اسلام آباد2 و طرزیلو به عنوان محلات هدف مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه از 31 شاخص ترکیبی عینی و ذهنی کیفیت‌زندگی طراحی شده و با استفاده از فرمول عمومی کوکران نمونه‌ای با حجم 400 نفر برای هر یک از سکونتگاه‌ها تعیین شده است. در نهایت جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای Excel، Spss و آزمونهای T ‌تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل واریانس و دانکن استفاده گردید. نتایج نهایی آزمونT و دانکن در کلیه ابعاد کیفیت زندگی نشان می‌دهد که سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی طرزیلو و اسلام‌آباد2 در وضعیت مطلوب، حاجی پیرلو در سطح متوسط و اسلام آباد1 در وضعیت نامناسبی نسبت به سایر محلات قرار دارند و طبقات یک تا چهارم جدول دانکن را جهت اولویت‌بندی محلات هدف به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
