بهمنظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت و تراکم بوته بر ویژگیهای مرفولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه گوار، آزمایشی بهصورت طرح اسپلیتپلات در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو سال زراعی 97-98 و 98-99 انجام شد. در این آزمایش تاریخهای مختلف کشت بهعنوان عامل اصلی در نظر گرفته شدند و از تاریخ 15 فروردینماه بهصورت ماهیانه تا 15 شهریورماه کشت انجام شد. تراکم کشت بهعنوان عامل فرعی در سه سطح (20، 40 و 60 بوته در هر مترمربع) در نظر گرفته شد. بیشترین درجه- روز رشد از کاشت تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک در تاریخ کاشت 15 اردیبهشتماه مشاهده شد. تاریخ کشت 15 اردیبهشتماه و تراکم 40 بوته در مترمربع گوار بیشترین عملکرد دانه (3780 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد گالاکتومان (1050 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، وزن صددانه (5/3 گرم) و درصد روغن (9/17 درصد) را داشت. با تأخیر در کاشت و کوتاهشدن فصل رشد در تاریخ 15 شهریورماه عملکرد دانه (40 درصد)، مقدار گالاکتومان (68 درصد) و درصد روغن (15 درصد) کاهش یافت. بنابراین بهنظر میرسد بهترین تاریخ کاشت در رفسنجان و تراکم بوته برای گیاه گوار 15 اردیبهشتماه و تراکم 40 بوته در مترمربع باشد. | ||
