چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر سرمایه ساختاری بر شناسایی فرصتهای کسبوکار در صنعت موادغذایی با نقش میانجی چابکی راهبردی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و در زمره پژوهشهای توصیفی از نوع همبستگی قرار میگیرد. این پژوهش از نظر فلسفه، قیاسی است که بر مبنای پارادایم اثباتگرایی اجرا شده است. از نظر شاخص زمانی نیز مقطعی محسوب میشود. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش، از پرسشنامه سرمایه ساختاری یاسین و همکاران (2016)، چابکی راهبردی کونها و همکاران (2019) و شناسایی فرصت سامباسیوان، ابدول و یوسف (2009) استفاده شده است. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار PLS تحلیل شده است. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، روابط بین سرمایه ساختاری و چابکی راهبردی و اثر این روابط بر فرصتشناسی، روی 200 شرکت بزرگ موادغذایی ایران که ضمن داشتن تنوع محصولات، در ارائه محصولات جدید پیشرو هستند، بررسی شده است. نتایج PLS-SEM نشان میدهد که روابط مثبت و معناداری بین سرمایه ساختاری، چابکی راهبردی و فرصتشناسی شرکتها وجود دارد. بهعلاوه، متغیرهای چابکی راهبردی، همچون حساسیت راهبردی، سیالیت منابع و چشمانداز روشن، بر شناسایی فرصتهای کسبوکار، اثر مثبت و معناداری میگذارند. همچنین، چابکی راهبردی بین سرمایه ساختاری و شناسایی فرصتها نقش میانجی دارد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، اثر معنادار سرمایه ساختاری بر افزایش چابکی راهبردی و شناسایی فرصتهای کسبوکار در صنعت موادغذایی را تأیید میکند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش، فهم سیاستگذاران و مدیران ارشد شرکتهای موادغذایی را در خصوص نقش معنادار سرمایه ساختاری و چابکی راهبردی در پایش مستمر صنعت و بهبود قابلیت فرصتشناسی شرکت افزایش میدهد. | ||
