چکیده | ||
نوسانات عرضه گوشت مرغ سلامت محور و سازگار با محیط زیست در بازار منجر به بروز نوسانات قیمت این محصول خواهد شد. از طریق شناسایی مسائل و موانع زنجیره تأمین گوشت مرغ میتوان بهبود عملکرد پایدار صنعت مرغداری و جلوگیری از نوسانات قیمت گوشت مرغ در بازار را تحقق بخشید. بنابراین، در مطالعه حاضر، موانع و مشکلات موجود در زنجیره تأمین پایدار صنعت غذایی گوشت مرغ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور، محدوده تحقیق شهرستان شیراز در استان فارس در نظر گرفته شد. دادهها بهصورت مصاحبه عمیق از کارشناسان سازمان امور پشتیبانی دام، کارشناسان وزارت جهاد کشاورزی، محققان دانشگاهی و شماری از تولیدکنندگان برتر مرغ گوشتی، مشاهده اسناد و مدارک جمعآوری شده و مشاهده مستقیم محقق گردآوری شد. سپس با استفاده از تئوری بنیانی، موانع و مشکلات زنجیره تأمین پایدار جهت بهبود عملکرد این سیستم استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان داد که پنج چالش اصلی اثرگذار بر زنجیره تأمین پایدار گوشت مرغ، شامل عملکرد ضعیف و عدم توسعه زیرساختهای لجستیکی (ادغام 8 مفهوم کلیدی)، مشکلات و موانع متعدد بازاریابی در فرایند زنجیره تأمین گوشت مرغ (ادغام 7 مفهوم کلیدی)، اثرات منفی زنجیره تأمین گوشت مرغ بر کیفیت محیطزیست (ادغام 6 مفهوم کلیدی)، عدم توجه به مشتریمداری و ترجیحات مصرفکننده (ادغام 3 مفهوم کلیدی) و پائین بودن تقاضای مرغ سالم در کشور (ادغام 4 مفهوم کلیدی) میباشد. شناسایی مشکلات و موانع زنجیره تأمین گوشت مرغ میتواند سیاستگذاران را در جهت بهبود عملکرد این زنجیره رهنمون سازد و عرضه به موقع گوشت مرغ سلامت محور و سازگار با محیط زیست با قیمت مناسب را تحقق بخشد. | ||
