چکیده | ||
پروژۀ ترسیب کربن از جمله اقدامات مهم بینالمللی مدیریت منابع طبیعی و کاهش تغییرات اقلیم در دو دهۀ اخیر است که به دنبال مشارکت جوامع روستایی در همۀ مراحل پروژه در جهت دستیابی به اهداف محیط زیستی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و انسانی بوده است. از آنجایی که عوامل متعددی میتوانند بر مشارکت ذینفعان در فعالیتهای پروژۀ ترسیب کربن مؤثر باشند، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل اجتماعی- اقتصادی مؤثر بر مشارکت خانوارهای روستایی استان قم با استفاده از روششناسی پیمایشی با رویکرد توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شده است. نمونهای متشکل از 265 خانوار از جامعۀ آماری 840 خانواری موجود در پنج روستای تحت انجام این پروژه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد و دادهها با به کارگیری روش مصاحبۀ ساختارمند و ابزار پرسشنامه گردآوری و با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS22 و AMOS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد، مردم در سطوح پایین مشارکت اعم از مشورت کارشناسان با اعضای شورا و بزرگان روستا دخالت بالایی داده شده بودند، در حالی که در سطوح بالای مشارکت، همچون شروع خودجوش پروژهها توسط مردم، آنها نقش ضعیفی داشتند. متغیرهایی همچون سرمایههای اجتماعی مبتنی بر روابط و اعتمادهای درون جامعه و با کنشگران بیرونی و عضویت تشکلهای روستایی، برنامههای ترویجی، اقدامات اجرا شدۀ اصلاحی- احیایی، تنوعسازی کشاورزی و غیرکشاورزی پروژه ترسیب کربن، سطح اراضی باغی خانوارها، و سطح درآمد کشاورزی آنها مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت خانوارهای روستایی در پروژۀ ترسیب کربن مشخص شدند. ارتقای هر چه بیشتر سرمایههای اجتماعی با کمک برنامههای ترویجی، همچنین به کارگیری ترکیبی از اقدامات حفاظتگرا و تنوعساز معیشت میتواند نه تنها مشارکت جوامع روستایی را در پروژههای مدیریت منابع طبیعی تقویت کند بلکه موفقیت آنها را نیز بیشتر خواهد کرد. | ||
