چکیده | ||
بهمنظور ارزیابی تولید خربزه مشهدی رقم خاتونی تحت مدیریت سطوح مختلف کودی و بستر کشت ورمیکمپوست، این پژوهش بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طی بهار سال زراعی 1399 بهصورت دو طرح جداگانه در دو شهرستان فریمان و زهک انجام شد. کاربرد انواع کود در شش سطح شامل عدم مصرف کود (شاهد)، کود گاوی، کود گوسفندی، محلولپاشی نانوبیومیک، محلولپاشی سیلیکون و مصرف کامل کود شیمیایی بهعنوان عامل اول و چهار سطح مختلف ورمیکمپوست شامل عدم مصرف ورمیکمپوست (شاهد)، پنج، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار بهعنوان عامل دوم بودند. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ نشان داد ﮐﻪ بالاترین عملکرد میوه، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون کل، درصد نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم میوه و ضخامت گوشت میوه در هر دو منطقه فریمان و زهک از تیمار محلولپاشی نانوبیومیک و مصرف 15 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست بهدست آمد. همچنین، بیشترین درصد کل مواد جامد محلول در شهرستان فریمان بهطور مشترک از تیمار مصرف کود گوسفندی و تیمار مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و در شهرستان زهک در تیمار عدم مصرف کود (شاهد) و شرایط کاربرد 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست مشاهده شد. در منطقه فریمان نتایج عملکرد کود گاوی، کود گوسفندی، نانوبیومیک، سیلیکون و مواد شیمیایی در سطوح 10 تن و 15 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست اختلاف معنیداری نشان نداد. لذا با مصرف کمتر ورمیکمپوست، بهمنظور دستیابی بهمیزان مطلوب عملکرد، خصوصیات بافت میوه و جذب عناصر غذایی، محلولپاشی نانوبیومیک در شرایط مصرف 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست برای کشت خربزه در منطقه فریمان پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
