چکیده | ||
یادگیری معکوس، رویکرد تقریبا جدیدی در گسترۀ آموزش است که در آن جایگاه سخنرانی معلم درکلاس و انجام تکلیف در منزل با هم جابجا میشود، بهعبارت دیگر، آشنایی با درس و درک آن در بیرون کلاس و انجام تمرین و تکلیف در درون کلاس روی میدهد. از این رویکرد میتوان در برنامه پیش از خدمت نو معلمها بهرهمند شد. این مقاله بهبررسی توسعه حرفهای معکوس بر پیشرفت نومعلمان زبان انگلیسی پرداختهاست. بهاین منظور تعداد 150 نومعلم از موسسههای مختلف و مدارس غیر انتفاعی روشنگر و تزکیه در منطقه 2 شهر تهران بهروش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نومعلمها در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرارداده شدند. بر اساس نیاز سنجی که انجام شد، دوره «مدیریت کلاس» بهمدت 6 هفته برای گروه آزمایش بهوسیله سامانۀ مدیریت یادگیری « فرهنگیادا» دانشگاه فرهنگیان و بهشکل معکوس برگزار شد. برای گروه کنترل این دوره، بهشکل سنتی در کلاس برگزار شد. برای بررسی پیشرفت نومعلمها و بهدستآوردن داده، پیشآزمون و پسآزمون برگزار شد. نتایج بهدست آمده از دادهها نشان داد که این نومعلمها در کلاس توسعه حرفهای معکوس، پیشرفت بهتری در مقایسه با معلمهای کلاس سنتی داشتند. | ||
