چکیده | ||
هدف این مطالعه بررسی نگرش کودکان و نوجوانان، والدین و مربیان در خصوص ورزش و فعالیت بدنی بود. این مطالعه به روش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. به این منظور دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند با 12 ورزشکار کودک و نوجوان، هشت والد و پنج مربی در شهر اصفهان جمعآوری شد. همۀ مصاحبهها ضبط و سپس بهصورت متن پیادهسازی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتههای پژوهش در دو طبقۀ انگیزش درونی و بیرونی قرار داده شدند. عوامل انگیزشی درونی شامل انگیزههای روانی و انگیزۀ نیاز به پیشرفت و عوامل انگیزشی بیرونی شامل انگیزههای فراغتی، بهزیستی و سلامتی، دریافت حمایت از سوی خانواده، مربی و محیط، انگیزههای بیرونی، انگیزههای اجتماعی، اثر رسانه و الگو، بهبود مهارتهای زندگی، مشغول بودن و منحرف نشدن بود. با توجه به نتایج میتوان گفت ورزشکاران نوجوان با اهداف مختلفی به ورزش روی میآورند که مهمترین آنها انگیزههای روانی است. برای ترغیب بیشتر کودکان و نوجوانان به سمت ورزش به والدین و مربیان توصیه میشود این انگیزهها را تقویت کنند. | ||
