چکیده | ||
توانمندی زنان بر اساس برابری در همه حوزههای اقتصادی و اجتماعی شالوده اصلی دستیابی به توسعه محسوب میشود. هدف این مطالعه، تبیین عوامل روانشناختی مؤثر بر توانمندی زنان روستایی بود. جامعه هدف مطالعه، زنان روستایی 15 تا 64 سالهی شهرستان لیکک از توابع استان کهگلویه و بویراحمد با جمعیت حدودا 1300 نفر بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان، نمونه مورد نظر به حجم 300 نفر تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب گردید. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری آن توسط چند تن از متخصصان ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفا کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت (88/65-0/0). نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد، متغیر استریوتایپ بهصورت مستقیم و منفی و متغیرهای عزت نفس و انگیزهی پیشرفت بهصورت مستقیم و مثبت توانمندی زنان را تحت تاثیر قرار دادهاند. | ||
