بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف کمپوست و ورمیکمپوست سنبل آبی به عنوان بستر کاشت دورگ لیلیوم (Oriental × Trumpet) رقم سرانو | ||

چکیده | ||
سنبل آبی یکی از علفهرزهای مهاجم جهان است که در سالهای اخیر بهعنوان تهدید جدی برای بیشتر تالابهای شمال کشور مطرح بوده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر استفاده از کمپوست و ورمیکمپوست این گیاه بهعنوان بستر کشت برای گل لیلیوم بود. ابتدا کمپوست و ورمیکمپوست سنبل آبی تهیه شد. آزمایش بهصورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با نه تیمار شامل پیت 50% + پرلیت 50% (تیمار شاهد) و درصدهای 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد کمپوست و ورمیکمپوست به اجرا در آمد. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین ارتفاع گیاه و تعداد غنچهی باز شده مربوط پیت +پرلیت بود اما تفاوت معناداری بین تیمار مذکور با بسترهای 25، 50، 75 کمپوست و 25 و 50 ورمیکمپوست وجود نداشت. بیشترین تعداد سوخک در کمپوست 25% تولید شد. حداکثر محتوای کلروفیل b مربوط به کمپوست 25 و 100 درصد بود. بیشترین ریشهی هوایی در 100 درصد ورمیکمپوست مشاهده شد. بالاترین غلظت نیتروژن برگ در بستر حاوی 25% ورمیکمپوست بود. غلظت فسفر در تیمار پیت + پرلیت در حداکثر بود. کمترین غلظت پتاسیم در تیمار 75 و 100% ورمیکمپوست مشاهده شد. بیشترین غلظت کلسیم برگ مربوط به تیمار پیت + پرلیت بود، که تفاوت معنیداری با تیمارهای 25 و 75% کمپوست نداشت. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده کمپوست سنبل آبی و درصدهای پایینتر ورمی-کمپوست میتواند جایگزین بستر پیت، در پرورش گیاه لیلیوم رقم سرانو باشد. | ||
