بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر گلایسینبتائین بر برخی ویژگیهای رشدی و عملکرد گل محمدی آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 98-1397 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی مرکز ملی تحقیقات شوری انجام گرفت. تیمارها شامل چهار سطح شوری 2، 5، 8 و 11 دسیزیمنس بر متر و سه سطح بدون محلولپاشی (شاهد)، 50 و 100 میلی-مولار گلایسینبتائین بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر ساده تنش شوری به جز بر تعداد شاخه در بوته و تعداد گلبرگ، اثر معنیداری بر سایر صفات مورد بررسی داشت. همچنین اثر ساده کاربرد گلایسینبتائین علاوه بر تعداد شاخه در بوته و تعداد گلبرگ بر ارتفاع و نسبت وزن گلبرگ به گل تأثیر معنیداری نداشت. بیشترین تعداد گل در بوته، عملکرد گل و عملکرد اسانس در گیاهان تیمار شده با سطوح شوری 2، 5 و 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر مشاهده شد که به ترتیب نسبت به تیمار 11 دسیزیمنس بر متر دارای حدوداً 5/7 عدد گل، 5/29 گرم گل در بوته و 6 میلیگرم اسانس در بوته بالاتری برخوردار بودند. نتایج اثر متقابل شوری و گلایسینبتائین نشان داد که گیاهان تیمار شده با تنش شوری 2 دسیزیمنس بر متر و 100 میلیمولار گلایسینبتائین بالاترین ارتفاع (71 سانتیمتر) و تیمار شوری 11 دسیزیمنس بر متر و بدون مصرف گلایسینبتائین پایینترین ارتفاع (40 سانتیمتر) را داشتند. بهطور کلی کاربرد غلظت 50 میلیمولار گلایسینبتائین در شرایط بدون تنش شوری سبب تولید بالاترین وزن گل محمدی شد. | ||
