چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر مهارتهای اکتشافی تیم مؤسس بر پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسبوکار نوپا صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ رویکرد کّمی است. روش جمعآوری دادهها همبستگی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محققساخته انجام شده که در اختیار 210 نفر در 101 تیم مؤسس در شرکتهای فناور مستقر در پارکهای علم و فناوری شهر تهران قرار گرفت. روش تحلیل رگرسیون سلسه مراتبی نیز با استفاده از نرمافزارSPSS25 صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که مهارتهای پرسشگری و مشاهدهگری تیم مؤسس، بر پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسبوکار تأثیرگذار است. بررسی تأثیر تعدیلگر درجه تازگی ایده نیز نشان میدهد که مشاهدهگری، بهویژه زمانی که نوآوری ایده پائین است، پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسبوکار را تقویت میکند. این نتایج بینشهای ارزشمندی در جهت فهم رشد فرآیند ایجاد کسبوکار برای محققان و کارآفرینان ارائه میدهد | ||
