چکیده | ||
شاخصهای مسکن شاید مهمترین و کلیدیترین ابزار برنامهریزی مسکن باشند. شناخت نابرابریها و فقدان تعادل در چارچوب محدودههای جغرافیایی مختلف و پیبردن به اختلافها و تفاوتهای موجود و سیاستگذاری در جهت کاهش نابرابریها از وظایف اساسی متولیان توسعة مناطق بهشمار میرود. با توجه به افزایش جمعیت شهر ارومیه و توجه کم به مقولة مسکن، هدف از این پژوهش شناخت و تبیین نابرابریهای فضایی و ارائة راهکارهای توسعه جهت دستیابی به تعادل و توازن بین حوزههای کلانشهر ارومیه است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. دادههای خام از Excel بعد ازتبدیل به شاخصهای مورد نظرو با 35 شاخص به نرمافزار Spss برای اجرایتحلیل عاملی وارد شد و 8 عامل از تحلیل عاملی بهدست آمد که4عامل بهعنوان عامل اصلی و4 عامل بهعنوان عوامل فرعی شناخته میشود.سپس،عاملهای مورد نظر به محیط GIS متصل وتجزیه و تحلیل شد.21/18درصد از حوزهها جزو حوزههای خیلی محروم،18/18درصد محروم،53/53 درصد متوسط،18/13 درصد برخوردار،و57/9 درصد کاملاً برخوردارند و مناطق 3 و 1، 2 به توجه بیشتر نیازمندند تا نابرابریها تا حدی کاهش یابد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد حوزههای محروم در مناطق ۳و۲حوزههای برخوردار در مناطق ۱و۴ وجود دارند.این وضعیت حاکی از وجود فاصلةطبقاتی و دوگانگی در فضای شهری و تفاوت در برخورداری از شاخصهای مورد بررسی در سال 1395 است و یافتهها نشاندهندة توزیع نابرابر و نامناسب شاخصهای مسکن در میان شهروندان شهر ارومیه است. | ||
