چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ اضطراب رقابتی و بیشتمرینی ادراکشده در ورزشکاران با و بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی ورزشکاران رشتههای تیمی و انفرادی شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود که بهصورت نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای 251 مرد ورزشکار با و بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک انتخاب شدند. ورزشکاران دارای میانگین سنی 6 ± 24 سال و سابقۀ ورزشی 1 ± 3 سال بودند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای اضطراب رقابتی و بیشتمرینی ادراکشده جمعآوری شد. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، بهوسیلۀ تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون تی مستقل، نشان داد که ورزشکاران بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک از اضطراب شناختی و اضطراب بدنی بالاتری نسبت به ورزشکاران مصرفکنندۀ این مواد برخوردارند، اما در اعتمادبهنفس میان دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین در متغیر بیشتمرینی ادراکشده گروه بدون مصرف از بیشتمرینی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که یکی از دلایلی اصلی مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک در ورزشکاران، مزایای آن در کاهش حالات منفی و ارتقای عملکرد روانی و جسمانی است که شیوع آن را روزبهروز افزایش میدهد. | ||
