تأثیر مکمل بتائین بر بیان ژن و فعالیت آنزیمهای لیپوژنیک و سطوح لیپیدهای خون و کبد جوجههای گوشتی | ||

چکیده | ||
زمینه مطالعه: بتائین مشتق تریمتیلهای ازآمینواسیدگلایسین است که در بدن بسیاری از جانوران یافت میشود. هدف: این پژوهش به منظور تعیین اثر افزودن مکمل بتائین در جیره بر بیان ژن و فعالیت آنزیمهای لیپوژنیک و لیپیدهای سرم و کبد در جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. روش کار: در مجموع 320 قطعه جوجه گوشتی (راس 308) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 4 تکرار، با جیرههای آزمایشی که شامل تیمار شاهد، بدون مصرف مکمل بتائین، و تیمارهای دوم، سوم و چهارم که به ترتیب شامل 05/0، 08/0 و 11/0٪ بتائین هیدروکلراید بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج: افزودن بتائین به جیره اثر معنیداری بر بیان ژن لیپوپروتئینلیپاز و فعالیت آنزیمهای استیلکوآنزیم A کربوکسیلاز و فتیاسید سینتاز نداشت (0.05<p). افزودن مکمل بتائین سبب کاهش معنیدار کلسترول و تریآسیلگلیسرول در کبد جوجههای تیمار چهارم (حاوی 08/0٪ بتائین هیدروکلراید) نسبت به گروه شاهد گردید (0.05>p). نتیجهگیری نهایی: به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که بیان ژن لیپوپروتئینلیپاز و فعالیت آنزیمهای استیلکوآنزیم A کربوکسیلاز و فتیاسیدسینتاز در جوجههای گوشتی، کمتر زیر تأثیر افزودن بتائین به جیره قرار میگیرد. | ||
