چکیده | ||
بهمنظور اثر کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد دانه و ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس گیاه دارویی رازیانه، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و 12 تیمار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ارومیه در سال زراعی 95-1394 اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل سه توده رازیانه (ارومیه، همدان و آلمان) و فاکتور دوم چهار سطح کودی شامل کود زیستی دارای باکتریهای تامین کننده نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، قارچ میکوریزا (گلوموس اینترارادایسز)، تلفیق کود زیستی باکتریایی + قارچ میکوریزا و عدم مصرف کود (شاهد) را شامل میشدند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد کودهای زیستی منجر به افزایش معنیدار عملکرد دانه، درصد کلونیزاسیون، عناصر غذایی، درصد اسانس، عملکرد اسانس و بهبود ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس گردید و در این میان تیمارهای ترکیبی نسبت به تیمارهای مصرف جداگانه بیشترین تاثیر را در افزایش صفات مورد مطالعه داشتند. همچنین تاثیر توده بومی بر تمامی صفات کمی و کیفی مورد مطالعه به جز نیتروژن دانه معنیدار بود. عملکرد دانه، محتوی اسانس توده آلمان نسبت به دو توده همدان و ارومیه بالاتر بود. ترکیبات اصلی اسانس رازیانه، آنتول، فنچون، لیمونن و p-Allylanisole بود. بیشترین میزان آنتول در توده ارومیه در شرایطی کاربرد تلفیقی کود زیستی باکتریایی + قارچ میکوریزا بهدست آمد. به طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از کودهای زیستی اثر معنیداری در بهبود صفات کمی و کیفی رازیانه داشت. | ||
