چکیده | ||
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسط درهمتنیدگی شغلی در رابطۀ بین امنیت و استقلال شغلی درکشده با تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی شهر مشهد است. پژوهش حاضر بهلحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام کار، از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل کارکنان 10 سازمان دولتی در سطح شهر مشهد است که از آمادگی لازم برای همکاری و شرکت در پژوهش برخوردار بودند. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی استفاده شد. حداقل حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 433 نفر بهدست آمد که در نهایت 450 پرسشنامه جمعآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد امنیت و استقلال شغلی درکشده بر درهمتنیدگی شغلی تأثیر مثبتی دارد. از نتایج دیگر اینکه اثر درهمتنیدگی شغلی، استقلال و امنیت، بر تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان معنادار است. علاوه بر این نقش واسط درهمتنیدگی شغلی نیز به تأیید رسید. | ||
