چکیده
Failure of machines, due to stopping the production line, results in financial losses. Preventive maintenance, significantly extends the machineries life, and reduces the costs. On the other hand, predicting the remaining useful life (URL) of the equipment and machineries, provides adequate time for maintenance engineers to repair or replace the parts before failure occurs, and avoid the overhaul costs (conditional-based maintenance). These actions are more important for rotary machines such as turbines, pumps and compressors, than the others. Hence, in this paper, we predict the URL of the Olefin unit of Pars Petrochemical Company turbine pumps based on the bearings health by artificial neural networks (ANN) and support vector machine. First, we provided the prediction model by the RMS, mean, peak and crest factor of one bearing, which was used to estimate the RUL of the four bearings using the above methods. Results showed that the accuracy of prediction by SVM method was more than single-layer ANN.

خرابی ماشین‌آلات در کارخانه‌ها گاه به توقف خط تولید منجر می‌شود و ضرر مالی زیادی را به‌دنبال دارد. عملیات پیشگیرانه به‌منظور جلوگیری از وقوع خرابی، نقشی مهم در افزایش طول عمر ماشین‌آلات و کاهش هزینه‌ها دارد. همچنین، پیش‌بینی زمان ازکارافتادگی تجهیزات، مهندسان تعمیرات و نگهداری (نت) را قادر می‌سازد تا قبل از توقف کامل دستگاه برای تعمیر یا جایگزینی تجهیزات اقدام کنند و از این‌رو از هزینة تعمیرات اساسی جلوگیری شود (سیستم نت بر مبنای وضعیت) (CBM). اهمیت این امر در ماشین‌آلات دوار از جمله پمپ‌ها، توربین‌ها بخار، کمپرسورها و... به‌دلیل ماهیت عملکرد آن‌ها بیشتر است. از این‌رو، در این تحقیق عمر مفید باقیماندة (RUL) پمپ‌های توربینی واحد الفین شرکت پتروشیمی پارس براساس وضعیت سلامت یاتاقان‌ها با روش شبکة عصبی مصنوعی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) پیش‌بینی می‌شود. ابتدا براساس مقدار مؤثر (RMS)، مقدار متوسط، مقدار پیک و کرست فاکتور یکی از یاتاقان‌های پمپ مدل پیش‌بینی ایجاد شده و درادامه براساس مدل ایجادشده و روش‌های مذکور RUL چهار یاتاقان دیگر پمپ با دقت بالایی پیش‌بینی شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد دقت پیش‌بینی با روش SVM نسبت به روش شبکة عصبی تک لایه بیشتر است.
