چکیده
 
Correct kinematics is an effective factor to reduce musculoskeletal problems. The aim of this study was to compare muscle activity during single-leg squat (SLS) in a group with dynamic knee malalignment (DKMG) and normal cases. 23 active females (mean age of 21.86±2) participated in this comparative study. Lower limb Muscle activity (RMS), pelvic drop angle (PDA), trunk side bend (TSB) and knee valgus (KV) was recorded during SLS. Independent t test was used to compare variables and significance level was 0.05. The results showed no significant differences in PD (P=0.86) and TSB (P=0.25), but KV was greater in DKMG than the control group (P=0.00). Although %MVC of all muscles was greater in DKMG than the control group, only rectus femoris (P=0.04) and gluteus maximus (P=0.05) showed significant differences. Also, a weak correlation between KV with TSB (r=0.33) and rectus femoris activity (r= -0.37) was observed. Findings showed that DKMG had more muscle activity especially in rectus femoris and gluteus maximus which showed the important role of these muscles in controlling lower limb alignment during functional movements. Also, dynamic knee malalignment may deviate trunk towards weight bearing leg for substitution during SLS.

کینماتیک صحیح عاملی مؤثر در کاهش مشکلات اسکلتی- عضلانی است. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر مقایسۀ فعالیت عضلات در گروه دارای ناراستایی پویای زانو و افراد سالم در اسکات یک‌پا، بود. این مطالعۀ مقایسه‌ای روی 23 زن فعال با میانگین سنی 2±86/21 سال انجام گرفت. فعالیت عضلانی RMS اندام تحتانی، زاویۀ افت لگن، جابه‌جایی جانبی تنه و والگوس زانو در حرکت اسکات یک‌پا ثبت و برای مقایسه از تی مستقل با سطح معناداری آلفای 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از عدم تفاوت معنادار در افت لگن (86/0=P) و خمش جانبی تنه (25/0=P) بود. والگوس زانو در ناراستایی پویای زانو بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (00/0=P). هرچند درصد MVC تمام عضلات، در ناراستایی پویای زانو بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود، ولی تنها عضلۀ راست رانی (04/0=P) و سرینی بزرگ (05/0=P) تفاوت معناداری نشان دادند. همچنین همبستگی ضعیفی بین والگوس زانو با خمش جانبی تنه (33/0=r) و فعالیت راست رانی (37/0- =r) مشاهده شد. یافته‌ها فعالیت عضلانی بیشتری را در ناراستایی پویای زانو به‌خصوص در راست رانی و سرینی بزرگ نشان داد که نشان‌دهندۀ اهمیت این عضلات در کنترل راستای اندام تحتانی حین حرکات عملکردی است. همچنین احتمالاً ناراستایی پویای زانو حین اسکات یک‌پا، به‌صورت جبرانی تنه را به سمت پای تکیه متمایل می‌کند.
