چکیده | ||
سازمانها برای رسیدن به پایداری و مزیت رقابتی پایدار، ناگزیرند به مسائل زیستمحیطی سراسر زنجیرۀ تأمین خود توجه کنند. این امر با کم کردن هزینهها، بهبود تصویر برند و مصونماندن در برابر قوانین زیستمحیطی دولتی، به حفظ و بهبود مزیت رقابتی سازمانها منجر میشود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین اقدامات مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز و کسب مزیت رقابتی در کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط در شرکت سینره اجرا شده است. در فاز اول پس از بررسی رابطۀ اقدامات زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز و مزیت رقابتی و انتخاب مدل یانگ و همکارانش، مدل یادشده از بُعد اقدامات سبز داخلی توسعه داده شد. نتیجۀ اجرای فاز اول پژوهش، تأثیر معنادار اقدامات مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز بر مزیت رقابتی را به تأیید رساند. در فاز دوم که به هدف اولویتبندی اقدامات زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز با توجه به تأثیر آنها در کسب مزیت رقابتی انجام گرفت، از رویکرد DANP استفاده شد. نتیجۀ اجرای گام دوم نیز نشان داد میان ابعاد، اقدامات سبز داخلی و میان شاخصها، فرهنگ سازمانی از بیشترین اهمیت و اولویت برخوردارند. | ||
