چکیده | ||
برخورداری از ظرفیت انطباقپذیری، از عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت سازمانهای امروزی در پاسخ به تقاضاهای متغیر مشتریان و تحولات محیطی است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی روابط مجموعۀ خودکارآمدی با مجموعۀ ظرفیت انطباقپذیری سازمانی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای شهید چمران، علوم پزشکی و پیام نور اهواز در سال 1394 میشود. بهکمک روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی، 313 نفر از جامعۀ آماری برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع کانونی است. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد ظرفیت انطباقپذیری سوسمن و استریکمن و پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی ریگز و نایت استفاده شده است. دادههای پژوهش به روش همبستگی کانونی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد بهجز باورهای خودکارآمدی فردی، تمام مؤلفههای خودکارآمدی با مجموعۀ مؤلفههای ظرفیت انطباقپذیری سازمانی رابطه دارند و خودکارآمدی 37 درصد از تغییرات انطباقپذیری سازمانی را تبیین میکند | ||
