چکیده | ||
راستکرداری مدیران عامل حیاتی و ضروری برای موفقیت رهبری و سازمان است و بنیان اصلی اعتمادسازی در سازمان بهشمار میرود. هدف اصلی از اجرای این پژوهش، کاوش ماهیت و پیشایندهای راستکرداری مدیران در سازمانهای دولتی است. روش پژوهش کیفی عام با استراتژی تحلیل مضمون است؛ به این منظور، مصاحبههای عمیق با مدیران سازمانهای دولتی برگزار شد. ابتدا به اتکای مطالعۀ ادبیات موجود، ماهیت پدیدۀ مد نظر تبیین و توصیف شد؛ سپس دادههای مصاحبه کدگذاری شدند و الگوی ارتباطی مضمونهای کشفشده بهصورت مدل پیشایندهای راستکرداری مدیران در سازمانهای دولتی بهدست آمد. این مدل شامل مؤلفههای فردی: ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیر (عزت نفس، تعهد و مسئولیتپذیری، ماکیاولیسم)، هوش اخلاقی مدیر و مؤلفههای تعدیلگر مدیریتی: (ویژگیهای شغلی مدیران و توانایی مدیریتی) و مؤلفههای تعدیلگر سازمانی: (الگوهای اخلاقی رهبری و مراودات ضمنی، انتظارات از مدیران، شفافیت در سیاستها، قوانین و رویهها و فعالیت افشاگران در سازمان) است. | ||
