چکیده | ||
در این مقاله کانتاگزانتین توسط باکتری Dietzia natronolimnaea HS-1 تولید و پس از استخراج توسط نیوزوم درون پوشانی شد. اثر دور روتاری اواپراتور (100 و rpm 150)، غلظت رنگدانه (0، 1 و 2 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر)، مقدار پلی اتیلن گلیکول 400 (0، 1/0% و 2/0%)، نوع حلال (اتانول و کلروفرم)، نوع سورفکتانت (تویین 60 و 80 و اسپن 60 و 80) و نسبت سورفکتانت به کلسترول بر حسب میکرومول(100:100 ، 120:80 و 140:60) بر بازده و ویژگی های نیوزوم تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد دور rpm 150، غلظت 2 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر کانتاگزانتین، غلظت 2/0% پلی اتیلن گلیکول 400 و نسبت سورفکتانت به کلسترول 100:100 نیوزومهایی با بازده بالاتر و اندازه کوچکتر ایجاد کرد. به کارگیری اسپن 60 با بازده مشابه اسپن 80 اما با اندازهای کوچکتر و یکنواخت تر از آن و حلال اتانول به عنوان بهترین گزینه برای تولید نیوزوم های کانتاگزانتین پیشنهاد شد. | ||
