چکیده | ||
انگور رقم ‘رشه’ در استان کردستان بهصورت دیم کشت میگردد. شرایط میکروکلیما تأثیر زیادی بر کیفیت انگور میگذارد. اطلاعات در رابطه با تغییر در ترکیبات حبه انگور در شرایط تغییرات آب و هوایی محدود است. لذا پژوهشی جهت بررسی اثر چهار مکان شیب جنوبی و شمالی و دو ارتفاع بالا و پایین بر برخی خصوصیات کیفی انگور رقم ‘رشه’ با سه تکرار در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی، در دانشگاه کردستان، در سالهای 92-1391 انجام شد. میزان کاروتنوئید، آنتوسیانین، ظرفیت ضداکسایشی کل، کربوهیدراتهای محلول کل، میزان تانن و فنل کل حبهها اندازهگیری شدند. میزان آنتوسیانین، ظرفیت ضداکسایشی کل، میزان فنل کل و کربوهیدراتهای محلول کل در میوههای برداشت شده در شیب جنوبی با ارتفاع بالا در مقایسه با سایر مکانها بیشتر بودند. بیشترین میزان کاروتنوئید و تانن در شیب شمالی با ارتفاع کم بهدست آمد. کمترین میزان آنتوسیانین و کربوهیدراتهای محلول کل در انگورهای کشت شده در شیب شمالی با ارتفاع پایین مشاهده گردید. براساس نتایج حاصل، کشت انگور رقم ‘رشه’ در شیب جنوبی و ارتفاع بالاتر به تولیدکنندگان برای بالا بردن صفات کیفی حبههای انگور کمک مینماید. | ||
