چکیده در این مطالعه غلظت جیوه در بافتهای مختلف ماهی شانک زرد باله (Acanthopagrus latus) صیدشده از پنج یک از خوریات خور موسی (زنگی، جعفری، پتروشیمی، غزاله و مجیدیه) اندازهگیری شد. نمونههای بافتی در اسید هضم و با استفاده از روش جذب اتمی ارزیابی شدند. به طور کلی الگوی پراکنش جیوه در خوریات مورد مطالعه به شکل مجیدیه ≈ غزاله > پتروشیمی ≈ جعفری > زنگی بود. مشاهدة بیشترین غلظت جیوه در خورهای مجیدیه و غزاله را میتوان ناشی از قرارگیری این دو خور در بخش انتهایی خور موسی، تبادلات کمتر با آبهای آزاد، انتقال آلایندهها از طریق جریان جزر و مدی، وجود اسکلة صادرات نفت و ریزشهای نفتی، و احتمالاً وجود بستر مناسب برای متیلاسیون بیشتر جیوه بیان کرد. محاسبة نسبت عضله به کبد نیز نشان داد که فقط وضعیت خور زنگی به شرایط ثابت محیطی نزدیک است. در نهایت الگوی تجمع جیوه در بافتهای ماهی شانک زرد باله به صورت کبد > عضله > پوست ≈ استخوان ≥ باله ≈ فلس بود و نشان میداد که تجمع بالای جیوه در بافتهای کبد و عضله رخ میدهد که دلیل آن گستردگی بالای رگهای خونی، درصد بالای آب، و خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی و عملکردی این بافتهاست. همچنین، مشاهده شد که با افزایش بار آلودگی در خوریات، تفاضل میان میزان جیوة تجمعیافته در بافتهای کبد و عضله بیشتر شد. | ||
