| چکیده | ||
| Leadership style and organizational climate are considered as a substructure framework in successful performance of knowledge management. The purpose of this research is investigating both the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on knowledge management and the moderate role of organization structure and social interaction in affecting leadership style and organizational climate on knowledge management. This study has been done as a sample of 210 main employers of Tehran Mellat bank office. The descriptive- survey research is management type and used tool is questionnaire. We used modeling method of structural equations by Lisrel software data analysis. Research findings show leadership style doesn’t effect on knowledge management positively but organization climate has a positive effect on knowledge management. On other word, leadership style has a positive effect on organization structure and its own has a positive effect on social interaction. But, in this research, moderate variable couldn’t play an easy role in affecting leadership style over knowledge management. | ||

| سبک رهبری و جو سازمانی را میتوان چارچوب زیرساختی در اجرای موفق مدیریت دانش دانست. این پژوهش ضمن بررسی تأثیرگذاری سبک رهبری و جو سازمانی بر مدیریت دانش، به ارزیابی نقش میانجی ساختار سازمانی و تعامل اجتماعی در تأثیرگذاری سبک رهبری و جو سازمانی بر مدیریت دانش پرداخته است. این مطالعه در نمونهای 210 نفری از کارکنان ستادی ادارۀ کل بانک ملت شهر تهران صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی ـ همبستگی است و برای جمعآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها بهکمک روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام گرفته است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد سبک رهبری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت دانش ندارد، اما جو سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت دانش گذاشته است. از سوی دیگر، سبک رهبری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ساختار سازمانی و ساختار سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعامل اجتماعی دارد، اما متغیرهای میانجی در این پژوهش نتوانستهاند نقش تسهیل‌کننده‌ای در تأثیرگذاری سبک رهبری بر مدیریت دانش، داشته باشند. | ||
