تأثیر سمزدایی ذرت آلوده به آفلاتوکسین با عصاره آبی آویشن بر عملکرد و پروتئین تام خون بلدرچین ژاپنی | ||

چکیده | ||
زمینه مطالعه: در طبیعت عصارههای گیاهان دارویی وجود دارند که علاوه بر اینکه با مکانیسمهای مختلف، قادر به کاهش آفلاتوکسین 1B در محصـولات کشـاورزی هستنـد مـیتـواننـد به عنوان محرک رشد عمل کنند. هدف: عصاره آبی آویشن دنایی به منظور سمزادیی خوراک آلوده به آفلاتوکسین 1B و اثرات محرک رشد در جیره بلدرچین ژاپنی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روش کار: پس از تعیین جنسیت در سن 24 روزگی، بلدرچینها به صورت گروهی توزین و با میانگین وزنی مشابه بین واحدهای آزمایشی توزیع شدند که 80 بلدرچین ژاپنی نر، برای آزمایش استفاده شد. چهار جیره آزمـایشـی شـامـل جیـره آزمـایشی شاهد، جیره حاوی ppm 2000 عصاره آبی آویشن، جیره آلوده به ppb500 آفلاتوکسین، جیره آلوده با ppb 500 آفلاتوکسین و تیمار شده با ppm 2000 عصاره آبی آویشن بود. در 45 روزگی، خوراک مصرفی، افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل و پروتئین تام سرم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج: آفلاتوکسین بهطور معنیداری خوراک مصرفی، اضافه وزن و پروتئین تام سرم را کاهش و ضریب تبدیل غذایی را افزایش داد (05/0<p.) عصاره آویشن بهطور معنیداری خوراک مصرفی و اضافه وزن را افزایش و ضریب تبدیل غذایی را کاهش داد (05/0<p.) ولی بر پروتئین تام سرم تأثیری نداشت (05/0>p.) اثر متقابل معنیداری بین آفلاتوکسین و عصاره آبی آویشن وجود داشت به طوری که در پرندگان تغذیه شـده بـا آفلاتـوکسیـن و عصـاره آبـی آویشن بهطور معنیداری خوراک مصرفی، اضافه وزن، پروتئین تام سرم و ضریب تبدیل غذایی بهبود یافت (05/0<p.) نتیجهگیری نهایی: عصاره آبی آویشن دنایی میتواند به عنوان محرک رشد عمل کند و عملکرد بلدرچینها را بهبود بخشد و همچنین اثرات منفی آفلاتوکسین را کاهش دهد. | ||
