چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی کامیابی فراخود و تأثیر آن بر انگیزش و عملکرد کارکنان شرکت ملی گاز ایران در راستای افزایش انگیزش و بهبود عملکرد آنان است. نظر به اهمیت زیاد ادراکهای اشخاص و نقش بسزای آن در انگیزش و متعاقباً عملکرد افراد در سازمان، در تحقیق حاضر سعی کردیم تأثیر یکی از این عوامل ذهنی و ادراکی مهم- که کمتر در حوزة سازمان بررسی شده است- را مطالعه کنیم. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. در این کار، کامیابی فراخود را بهعنوان متغیر مستقل و انگیزش و عملکرد را بهعنوان متغیرهای وابسته بررسی کردیم. از جامعۀ آماری 150 نفری کارکنان ستادی شرکت ملی گاز ایران در سال 1391، بهوسیلۀ فرمول کوکران و از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی، حجم نمونة 110 نفری ساده انتخاب شد. برای دستیابی به اعتبار پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه استفاده کردیم. پایایی بهدستآمده با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 941/0 بود که تأیید شد. همچنین در این پژوهش برای آزمودن فرضیهها از رگرسیون خطی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و برای تعیین برازش متغیرها از مدل معادلههای ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که کامیابی فراخود با ضریب 885/0 بر انگیزش و عملکرد کارکنان شرکت ملی گاز ایران تأثیر مثبتی دارد. | ||
