چکیده | ||
Todays, decision makers in the organization need to constantly monitor changes in the environment and organization and make necessary changes. Therefore knowledge about the environment and organization is necessary in decision making. Knowledge management is a key factor for competitive business environment and organizations are investing heavily in creating centralized knowledge repositories to improve business processes, promoting knowledge sharing and retaining expertise even after employees have left the organization. Corporations also tend to look for systems to assist them in knowledge management with high speed and accuracy. One of the tools in this area has proven to be effective and efficient, is intelligent agent. The study aims to provide an infrastructure for knowledge management using intelligent agents in such that takes into consideration all aspects of knowledge management and also to overcome the challenges and weaknesses of other studies. Simulation of the proposed system in a car factory indicates that it is efficient and effective in supporting and improving decision making. | ||
