چکیده
One of the biggest problems of using Data Envelopment Analysis for the evaluation of performance is the weakness of the separability for the decision maker units. This problem is generalizable because of the lower quantity of units in comparison with the ¬input and output quantities of the model [1]. This matter considerably reveals itself in the evaluation process of 23 provincial gas companies considering the higher input and output rates of each provincial gas company. Based on this fact, in this research an integrative model composed of Performance Predictor Neural Networks and Data Envelopment Analysis is designed and used. The results using this model illustrate the strength of the neural network in evaluation and classification of the companies based on their efficiencies.

چکیده [English]
یکی از عمده‌ترین مشکلات استفاده از تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها، ضعف قدرت تفکیک‌پذیری برای واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده است. این مسئله اغلب به دلیل کم بودن تعداد واحدها در مقایسه با تعداد ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌های مدل است ] 1[. این مشکل در ارزیابی عملکرد 23 شرکت گاز استانی با توجه به تعداد زیاد ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌های هر شرکت گاز به خوبی خود را نمایان می‌کند. بر این اساس، در این پژوهش برای ارزیابی عملکرد و کارایی شرکت‌های گاز استانی، ابتدا رویکرد یا مدل مضربی CCR ورودی محور و روش اندرسون- پیترسون (AP) برای رتبه‌بندی واحدهای کارا در قالب مدل‌های تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و ضعف مدل‌ها از نظر محاسبه و تفکیک کارایی شرکت‌ها مشخص شد. در ادامه پژوهش، برای تحلیل و ارزیابی کارایی شرکت‌ها از رویکرد شبکه‌های عصبی پیش‌بینی‌کننده عملکرد در قالب مدل‌های ترکیبی تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها و شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی (Neuro/DEA) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیلی کارآیی محاسبه شده واحدها با استفاده از این مدل‌ها نشان از قدرت بالای شبکه در محاسبه و تفکیک‌پذیری شرکت‌ها از نظر کارآیی بود.
