| Six Sigma methodology is one of the most famous effective problem solving approaches that helps organizations to achieve their goals. Despite the variety of its positive advantage, most companies have failed to implement Six Sigma successfully. The reason for this includes lack of the organizations attention to success or failure factors when implement Six Sigma projects. Hence, while performing Six Sigma, it is necessary to focus on the critical Success Factors (CSFs) of Six Sigma and analyze the relationship between them. This study based on a comprehensive literature review, focused on the importance of the CSFs and their roles in the successful deployment of Six Sigma within the organization and they proposed a framework to explain the relationship of among these factors. Empirical data are collected through a survey to Iranian manufacturing companies that have an experience in implementing Six Sigma projects. A total of 105 Six Sigma experts responded to the survey. The test of the structural model (Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Model) supports the proposed hypotheses. The findings provide empirical support for relationship among Six Sigma CSFs and offer a flow chart for Six Sigma adoption. Furthermore this research refines our understanding of relationship among CSFs. Also further research is discussed. | ||

| با وجود همه ویژگی‌های مثبت شش سیگما ، بسیاری از شرکت‌ها در به کارگیری آن موفق نبوده‌اند. از جمله دلایل این موضوع می‌توان به توجه نداشتن سازمان‌ها به عوامل موفقیت شش سیگما اشاره کرد. بنابراین باید همراه با اجرای شش سیگما، به این عوامل و ارزیابی روابط بین آنها توجه شود . در این مقاله با انجام پیمایش در شرکت‌های تولیدی و با کمک تحلیل‌های آماری(تحلیل عاملی1 و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری2) داده‌های حاصل از تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط مجریان شش سیگما، به بررسی روابط بین این عوامل پرداخته و تلاش شده است الگویی برای اجرای اثربخش‌تر شش سیگما در اختیار مدیران و مجریان شش سیگما قرار گیرد . در این تحقیق عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مشتمل بر 10 عامل است. نتایج حاصله، عناصر شناخته شده موفقیت شش سیگما را تأیید و نشان می‌دهد که ارتباط معنی‌دار و مثبت بین آنها وجود دارد. | ||
