| Weakness of research & development strategy for technology transfer management in product design activities is one of the most difficulties for local companies in Iran. Therefore, this paper trying to present a method to indicting research & development strategy for identifying fit technology with requirements of customer and provide a solution for acquisition of needs technologies of companies. In this manner, indicators that effected on compilation of R&D strategy identified, and allocated axis to each dimensions. Then, planned a framework for compilation of research and development strategy with market pull approach. With drawing technology map based on appraisal inside and outside dimensions by Tech-QFD and Technology needs management model, opportunities and treats will determine for each strategy. This model applied in Iran Marine Service (SADRA) Company for compilation R&D strategy in design and manufacturing of AFRAMAX ship. | ||
