چکیده
In this paper, combustion of char in the riser of circulating fluidized bed was modeled using ASPEN PLUS. Since physical and chemical phenomena are involved in the process, the model integrates the two-phase hydrodynamic sub-model with the reaction sub-model derived from the literature. In the proposed model, the fluidized bed is divided into several sections and the behavior of each section was simulated by a combination of ideal reactor found in the simulator depending on the hydrodynamics of emulsion and bubble phase. The performance of the proposed model is tested against the experimental data reported in the literature. It is shown that this model provides acceptable results in predicting the performance of the fluidized bed reactors. The results of this study can easily be used by industrial simulators to enhance their abilities to simulate the fluidized bed reactor properly.

در این مقاله، سوختن زغال سنگ در بالابر یک بستر سیال گردشی، با در نظر گرفتن هیدرودینامیک جریان‏های حباب و امولسیون در بستر، به طور جداگانه با نرم‏افزار ASPEN PLUS ، شبیه سازی شده است و نتایج حاصل از آن با نتایج تجربی، مقایسه شده است. با توجه به پدیده‏های فیزیکی و شیمیایی درگیر در فرآیند، دو زیرمدل سینتیکی و هیدرودینامیکی بر اساس تئوری دو فازی، برای بستر، در نظر گرفته شده است. سینتیک واکنش‏های مختلف از مقالات متعددی استخراج شده است. در مدل ارایه شده بستر سیال شده به چندین بخش تقسیم شده و با توجه به رژیم جریان در هر بخش، از یک یا مجموعه ای از راکتورهای ایده‏آل به طور مناسب برای مدل کردن جریان، استفاده شده است. رفتار بستر، به وسیله اندازه‏گیری غلظت اکسیژن در طول بستر، سنجیده می‏شود. اعتبار مدل ارائه شده به کمک داده‏های تجربی، بررسی شده و نتایج حاصل، بیانگر دقت مناسب این مدل در پیش‏بینی عملکرد راکتور بستر سیال است. نتیجه این مدل سازی و شبیه سازی می‏تواند در شبیه سازی فرآیندهایی که در آن‏ها از بستر سیال استفاده می‏شود، به کار رود.
