چکیده | ||
شرکتهای دانشبنیان، یکی از مهمترین استراتژیهای رشد و توسعه کشورها میباشند و میتواند به منزله منشأ اشتغالزایی و تسهیلگر کارآفرینی در اقتصاد دانشبنیان تلقی گردد. خوشبختانه در سالهای اخیر تمرکز بر ایجاد و توسعه این شرکتها در بخشهای مختلف اقتصاد فزونی یافته و در این خصوص اقدامات مؤثری نیز صورت گرفته است. با این حال، علیرغم اهمیت بخش کشاورزی در رشد و توسعه کشور، نه تنها شمار شرکتهای دانشبنیان کشاورزی قابل قبول نمیباشد و فاصله زیادی با سایر بخشهای اقتصادی دارد، مطالعات چندانی نیز در این خصوص صورت نگرفته است (Jamshidnezhad et al., 2022) که این خود بیانگر ضرورت توجه ویژه به شرکتهای دانشبنیان این بخش و تحلیل وضعیت آنها دارد تا از این طریق بتوان توسعه کمی و کیفی شرکتهای دانشبنیان کشاورزی را فراهم آورد. ازآنجاییکه بر اساس مرور ادبیات و نظرخواهی از خبرگان سه دسته عوامل فردی، سازمانی و محیطی بر عملکرد شرکتهای دانشبنیان مؤثر شناخته شدهاند، مطالعه حاضر به تحلیل ماتریس اهمیت- عملکرد عوامل مذکور بر شرکتهای دانشبنیان کشاورزی ایران پرداخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه شرکتهای دانشبنیان فعال در حوزه کشاورزی بوده است که با استفاده از روش دانیل و به روش تصحیح جامعه محدود (FPC) 124مورد از آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به شیوه در دسترس، اطلاعات جمعآوری شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، در میان عوامل فردی: وجود توان هدفگذاری و داشتن چشمانداز، وجود قدرت تصمیمگیری، وجود قدرت تجزیه و تحلیل مسایل و وجود روحیه عملگرایی در بین کارشناسان شرکتهای دانشبنیان و از میان عوامل سازمانی: شاخصهای همکاری و مشارکت اعضای هیئتعلمی دانشگاه، سرمایه اولیه و نقدینگی شرکتهای دانشبنیان و ارتباط نزدیک صنعت و دانشگاه با وجود اهمیت بالای آنها در ناحیه بحرانی واقع شدهاند و لذا میبایست مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرند. | ||
