چکیده | ||
هدف: بلایای طبیعی از جمله مسائل مهمی است که در طول تاریخ همواره زندگی بشر را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و از آن به عنوان یکی از اصلیترین موانع توسعه یاد میشود. مفهوم تابآوری توانایی جامعه برای پیشبینی، آمادهسازی، واکنش و بهبود در مقابل حوادثی نظیر سیل را در بر میگیرد، که با توجه به ماهیت غیرقابل پیشبینی مخاطرات مرتبط با آب و هوا بسیار حیاتی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تابآوری اجتماعی جوامع روستایی (برده رشه، ینگیجه، کانی سپیکه و پیرصفا) بخش خاوومیرآباد مریوان در مقابل سیل بر پایه روشهای کمی و میدانی انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش: به منظور کاهش تاثیرات سیلاب بر جامعه محلی از 9 شاخص شامل روابط اجتماعی، مشارکت و تشکلسازی، توانمندی فردی، دانش و مهارت، پشتیبانی، مالی و اقتصادی، تامین امنیت، آموزش و آگاهی، زیرساخت و حمل و نقل و برای سنجش میزان تابآوری از 3 شاخص اجتماعی و فرهنگی، اقتصادی، زیرساختی استفاده گردید. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که تابآوری منطقه همبستگی قوی با دانش و مهارت مالی و اقتصادی، تامین امنیت و زیرساخت و حمل و نقل دارد. همچنین شاخصهای مشارکت و تشکلسازی و آموزش و آگاهی همبستگی کمتری را در منطقه نشان داده و ضرورت بهبود شاخصهای فوق جهت کاهش خطر سیل و افزایش تابآوری را نشان میدهد. نتیجهگیری: به طورکلی با توجه به میانگین شاخصهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی، اقتصادی و زیرساختی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که تابآوری منطقه در مقابل سیلاب در وضعیت مناسبی است. از بین شاخصهای مورد مطالعه، شاخص اقتصادی کمترین همبستگی (0.69) و شاخص اجتماعی و فرهنگی بالاترین همبستگی (0.815) را نشان داده است. به طورکلی، این تحقیق نشان داد که شاخصهای مختلف تابآوری شامل مشارکت جامعه، حمایت اقتصادی و توسعه زیرساختی به طور همزمان و یکپارچه میتوانند برای کاهش تأثیرات سیل موثر واقع شده و تابآوری جامعه را در مقابل آثار زیانبار سیلاب افزایش دهند. | ||
