چکیده | ||
این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر شاخصهای حکمرانی خوب بر توسعۀ علم و فناوری، با تمرکز بر کشور سنگاپور، میپردازد. مسئلۀ اصلی پژوهش این است که چگونه شاخصهای حکمرانی خوب نظیر حاکمیت قانون، کنترل فساد و اثربخشی دولت، میتوانند نقش مؤثری در پیشبرد توسعۀ علمی و فناورانه ایفا کنند. فرضیۀ پژوهش این است که اجرای اصول حکمرانی خوب میتواند به ایجاد زیرساختهای مناسب، جذب سرمایهگذاری خارجی و ارتقای نوآوری کمک کند. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی است و دادهها از منابع کتابخانهای و گزارشهای بینالمللی گردآوری شدهاند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که سنگاپور با بهرهگیری از شاخصهای حکمرانی خوب، توانسته به کشوری پیشرو در نوآوریهای فناورانه تبدیل شود و رشد پایدار اقتصادی را تجربه کند. این پژوهش بر اهمیت تدوین راهبردهای عملیاتی و تقویت حکمرانی خوب در کشورهای در حال توسعه برای تسریع پیشرفت علم و فناوری تأکید دارد. | ||
