هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی هوش مصنوعی در رابطه بین جو سازمانی و رفتار خلاقانه در کتابخانههای علوم پزشکی شهر تهران است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل مجموعه مدیران، کارکنان اداری، رؤسای کتابخانههای علوم پزشکی تابعه وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی مستقر در شهر تهران بودند که همه جامعه با استفاده از روش سرشماری لحاظ گردیده است، که 176 نفر به کار گرفته شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات این پژوهش جهت سنجش هوش مصنوعی، جو سازمانی، و رفتار خلاقانه کارکنان، پرسشنامه استاندارد است. برای سنجش میزان بهرهگیری از هوش مصنوعی، از پرسشنامه چن و همکاران (2022) شامل 22 گویه استفاده گردید که به دلیل جامعیت مفهومی و پوشش مناسب ابعاد مختلف هوش مصنوعی انتخاب شده است. برای سنجش جو سازمانی، از پرسشنامه جو سازمانی لایل ساسمن و سام دیپ (1989) شامل 20 سؤال در پنج مؤلفۀ اثربخشی ارتباطات، رضایت و توافق بر روی رویهها، رضایت از پاداش، وضوح نقش و وضوح اهداف استفاده شد. همچنین، برای ارزیابی رفتار خلاقانه کارکنان با استفاده از پرسشنامه ژو و جورج (2001) شامل 13 گویه استفاده شد. که پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن از طریق روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی همچون توزیع فراوانی و آمار استباطی و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با SmartPLS انجام شد. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد جو سازمانی بر رفتار خلاقانه کتابداران تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و همچنین جو سازمانی بر هوش مصنوعی تأثیر مثبت دارد. هوش مصنوعی بر رفتار خلاقانه تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی نقش میانجی کامل در رابطه بین جو سازمانی و رفتار خلاقانه کتابداران ایفا میکند؛ به این معنا که جو سازمانی به تنهایی بر رفتار خلاقانه تأثیر نمیگذارد، مگر آنکه در کتابخانهها زیرساختها و قابلیتهای هوش مصنوعی به طور مؤثری به کار گرفته شود. این یافته حاکی از آن است که صرف وجود یک جو سازمانی مطلوب، بدون بهرهگیری از ابزارهای نوین فناورانه، نمیتواند به ارتقای خلاقیت کارکنان منجر شود. کتابخانههای علوم پزشکی به عنوان محیطهایی تخصصی، با ماهیت خدماتی-آموزشی و نیاز بالا به نوآوری، در صورتی میتوانند از ظرفیتهای خلاقیت کارکنان بهرهمند شوند که زمینههای فناورانه از جمله استفاده مؤثر از هوش مصنوعی تقویت گردد. بنابراین، توسعه هوش مصنوعی در کتابخانهها نه تنها یک عامل فناورانه، بلکه یک عامل واسط سازمانی برای پرورش خلاقیت نیروی انسانی محسوب میشود. این نتیجه میتواند راهگشای سیاستگذاری مدیران کتابخانهها برای ارتقای نوآوری سازمانی از مسیر دیجیتالسازی هوشمند باشد. | ||
