چکیده | ||
In a world where humanity has always sought peace and tranquility, the quest to understand the complexities of individual personalities—interwoven with material and spiritual dimensions—has long been rooted in the depths of the human heart and mind. This study aims to shed light on shared phenomena by introducing fundamental archetypes and their intrinsic connection to the unconscious mind. Employing a qualitative thematic Analysis approach method, architectural spaces from past to present are explored through the lens of archetypes and the unconscious mind, with a focus on the experience of space and time. These analyses are supported by classifications implemented through MaxQDA software and systematic coding to identify shared patterns. Furthermore, the phenomena discussed in the research are examined for convergence and overlap using R software. The findings strongly indicate a connection between archetypes and the unconscious mind. Among the identified commonalities, concepts such as spirituality, unity, transcendence, sacred transitions from material to spiritual realms, symmetry, balance, centrality, radiance, and order emerge as the most prominent links between archetypes and the unconscious mind. The findings derived from the qualitative analysis underscore a profound structural and symbolic correlation between architectural archetypes and the unconscious mind. This relationship is manifested through recurring themes such as spatial centrality, symmetrical composition, metaphysical order, and the symbolic transition from materiality to transcendence. Such convergence indicates that architecture, beyond its functional utility, operates as a psychological interface—encoding unconscious patterns and fostering a layered, meaningful spatial experience deeply rooted in cultural and existential narratives. | ||
