چکیده | ||
یکی از موضوعات کلیدی مورد بحث برای زنان در کشورهای درحالتوسعه، توانمندسازی زنان روستایی و چگونگی افزایش توانمندی و نقش آنها در توسعۀ مناطق روستایی است. توجه به نقش زنان و بحثهای جنسیتی و شناسایی عوامل و محرکهای مؤثر بر توانمندسازی زنان در بسترهای توسعۀ روستایی میتواند تأثیر بسزایی در فرایندهای توسعه و اتخاذ سیاستهای مربوط داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر احیای صنایعدستی بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در روستاهای منطقۀ الموت استان قزوین انجام شد. این پژوهش بهلحاظ پارادایم کمی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش علی-ارتباطی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تمامی زنان روستایی فعال در حوزۀ صنایعدستی است و حجم نمونه به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ۱۰۰ نفر برآورد شد. برای بررسی دادههای پژوهش، بعد از تحلیل توصیفی با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-22 و PLS-3 و با کمک معادلات ساختاری به بررسی فرضیات پرداخته شد. نتایج رویکرد مدلسازی معادلههای ساختاری گویای آن است که احیای صنایعدستی در ابعاد روانی (812/0=β)، اجتماعی (682/0=β) و اقتصادی (321/0=β)، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر توانمندی زنان روستایی منطقۀ مورد مطالعه دارد؛ بنابراین برای افزایش توانمندی زنان روستایی در منطقۀ مورد مطالعه و سایر مناطق روستایی کشور، لازم است به این عوامل نیز توجه کافی صورت گیرد. | ||
